If you are looking for a Service program for your confirmation candidates, we have developed a program that allows your class or parish to connect directly with a school in one of the poorest countries in the world. Your students will be able to work with Educate Ethiopia in funding a school for a month, a year or a day. The Goal of the program is to teach the students what it means when Christ said “it is in giving that we recieve".

The connection between Confirmation and service is this:
That each confirmed Christian has a calling and a responsibility to serve as a living example of Jesus’ teachings – to serve one another with mellowness of heart. God calls us to serve and we say, “Here I am, Lord!” This is also an opportunity for the candidates to explore ways in which they can be of service to our Parish, the community and the world at large.
